today was supposed to be aquaman-inspired, but since i actually don’t own a single article of orange clothing, i tried to do my makeup in oranges and corals in an attempt to keep with the theme!

Here’s my ity bitty tiny contribution to the Incognito Initiative’s Operation Outrageous. I have a green dress and a lot of orange dresses but not a lot of green and orange dresses that can be worn together, plus I could only find one of my crab shaped earrings so! Aquaman inspired nails and Aquaman inspired makeup! 

This is excellent! I love the detailing. The crab earrings sound cute, too. Thanks for your contribution, Varlandgear!

I went for the classic Aquaman look (and I guess contemporary, too, since he doesn’t have a hook hand anymore) An orange v-neck sweater, thin yellow belt, and green slacks.

OPERATION OUTRAGEOUS!

This Wednesday (2011-08-17), join in on OPERATION OUTRAGEOUS!

The goal is to get as many people as possible to wear AQUAMAN-inspired outfits! This includes, and is not limited to, adopting his colour scheme for the day, selecting the most Aquaman accessories to jazz up your day, or even a full blown Aquaman cosplay with a hooked hand and trident. Even taking inspiration from an Elseworld or alternate timeline AC is fine. Just remember to post pictures on tumblr with the tag Operation Outrageous! (that exclamation point is VERY important) and/or Incognito Initiative, or on Twitter as #OperationOutrageous (#IncognitoInitiative optional)

Note this is the first regular instalment of the INCOGNITO INITIATIVE, a way for AkoyaM & Dandizette to secretly cosplay all the time because we’re the dorkiest of dorks.
